1/2 oz. Rose'sŪ lime juice
Splash of simple syrup
1 oz. Licor 43
1 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. half-and-half
Garnish: graham-cracker crumbs, lime wedge
Directions:
Directions:
Dip the rim of a martini glass into a rimmer sponge soaked with simple syrup. then dip the rim into graham cracker crumbs.
Place ice, lime juice, simple syrup, Licor 43 and vanilla vodka in a blender. Finish the mix with half-and-half. Cover and blend on high for 10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into the middle of the martini glass, taking care not to disturb the graham-cracker rim. Garnish with a simple lime wedge on the edge of the glass.
