5 lb roast
can of beer
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
C oil
pinch of course salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in large bad add beer, onion and garlic and marinate overnight. Combine flour salt and pepper rub over roast and then combine oil with left over marinate and baste roast every 15 min.
