6 Chicken breasts
S&P
flour
C butter
C wine
1 C whipping cream
1t tarragon
2 oz blue cheese
2 T chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle breasts with salt and pepper dust with flour melt butter in skillet, cook 7 min per side and transfer to baking dish. Keep warm at 200F in oven.
Drain fat from pan and add wine and 1 c cream and tarragon. Cook till reduced and thickened.
Mash bleu cheese with c cream add to pan stir well on low heat add some hot sauce and pour over chicken sprinkle with parsley and serve
