1 bag of frozen hashbrowns
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick of melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together. Place in large casserole pan or roaster. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
