1 10 oz chopped spinach 1 C herb dressing ( not croutons) 1/2 C parmesan cheese 3 eggs lightly beaten 6 T oleo melted dash nutmeg
Thaw spinach, drain well, squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Put in bowl, add ingredients. Shape into balls (walnut size). Bake 350º for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet til brown on bottom.
