5 lbs hamburg - not to lean
5 tsp morton quick salt
2 1/2 T whole mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp Lawry salt
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 1/2 T course pepper
2 1/2 T liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
MIx all ingredients together and mix once a day for 4-5 days. Shape into logs. Bake at 160 for 9 hours - turn over halfway thru baking.
