1 32 oz southern style hash brown potatoes
1 pt sour cream
1/2 C chopped onion (opt)
1 can cream of Potato soup
1 can cream of Celery soup
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo
salt & pepper to taste
