1 pkg pea beans
1 C sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 C molasses
lg piece salt pork

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Par boil 1 hr, place beans in pot. Add remaining ingredients and cover with boiling water. Put on cover & cook slowly in 275º - 300º oven for at least 3 hrs. Best served with ham.
