1 Package Hollandaise Sauce
2 - 12" whole wheat pizza crusts
8 to 10 eggs, separated
Ham, chicken or pepperoni
grated cheddar cheese
peppers, pineapple, mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Make hollandaise sauce and set aside. Separate whites and yolks from eggs. Stir up yolks and put on pizza crusts. Put in oven for 6-8 minutes. Take whites and whip with mixmaster until frothy peaks, making sure bottom of bowl is whipped too! Pull out pizza's and put layer of hollandaise sauce on top. Add bits of ham, chicken (pre-cooked) or pepperoni. Put egg whites on top - fold in grated cheddar cheese. From about 8" up, drop toppings (peppers, mushrooms, pineapples) into whites. Add more cheese on top. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes. Cut like pizza and serve- Yum!
