1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. corn starch 1 1/2 cup sugar pinch salt 1 3/4 cup boiling water 4 egg yolks 1 1/2 tsp margarine 3/4 cup lemon juice
Add cornstarch, sugar, salt together then add boiling water.cook until thick (about 2 min.) Beat the egg yolks and add 1/2 of the hot mixture to eggs. mix all together and cook another 2 min. stirring constantly. Add the marg. and lemon juice. Then put into a pie crust. Top with meringue
