2 lbs. hamburger 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. flour salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together well. Form mixture into patties. Spray frying pan very well with Pam. Cook hamburger patties SLOW over medium heat until done. (You do not use any oil to fry these dough burgers).
