1 bunch of broccoli sliced 2 chicken bouillon cubes 3 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp salt 2 1/2 c. water 2 c. milk 2 tsp butter 1/2 tsp white or black pepper Chunk of Velveeta (optional)
Add broccoli and bouillon cubes to boiling water. Cook for 8 minutes. Combine milk, cornstarch and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add thickened sauce to broccoli mixture. Stir in seasonings. Heat and serve.
