1 pkg Duncan Hines French Vanilla cake mix
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 c oil
3 c grated zucchini, drained
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c black walnuts, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; add zucchini and nuts last. Pour in 2 greased 8 inch pans and bake 30-35 minutes at 325. Ice with butter icing.

To make carrot and pineapple cake, proceed same way,but use 1 cup grated carrots and crushed pineapple, drained and walnuts as in zucchini. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350. Ice with butter icing.
