4 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 lbs. round steak
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

1. Combine water and bouillon cubes.
2. Cut steak into bite-size pieces.
3. Combine spices and flour.
4. Coat meat by tossing lightly into flour mixture.
5. Heat large pan and oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook for two minutes.
6. Add meat, stirring to evenly coat with oil.
7. Brown meat, then add bouillon mixture. Lower heat, cover and simmer for two hours.
8. Add mushroom soup and sour cream. Keep warm on low heat until ready to serve over rice or noodles.
