1/2 dish of baking apples (red delouses)
1/2c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
dab w/ butter

Topping

1c. all purpose flour
1tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
1c. sugar
1 egg (beaten)
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In an 8x8 greased baking dish add slice apple's, sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over apples add water, dab all over the top with chunk of butter.

Topping:
In bowl mix flour, sugar,baking powder and salt.(mix)
add beaten egg. mixture will be clumpy & dry.
Pour evenly over apples.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 375º for
40 to 45 min.
