2 c All purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 c Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 Pinch of Baking Soda
1Beatened
1 C Dr. Pepper
3 tsp Oil
1 c Chopped Raw Apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil and Dr. Pepper with the beatened egg. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir until the dry ingredients are moist. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minues
Top with Strucil Mix
