3 lb round steak or chuck roast 2 lg onions 1 can mushroom soup 1 can tomato soup 1/2 pt sour cream 2 small cans sliced, drained mushrooms
Cut meat in strips or cubes. Chop onions fine. Fry in 1 T oil with onions and mushrooms until all liquid is absorbed. Mix soups & sour cream in large casserole. Add meat mixture. Bake covered 2 hrs in 350º oven. Serve over cooked noodles.
