Strips of sirloin steak
Green pepper strips
Celery slices
Onion
Bean sprouts
Water chestnuts
Mushrooms, canned
Salt and pepper
Teriyaki mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown strips of sirloin steak. Add green pepper strips, celery slices, onions and cook until tender.
Add bean spouts, water chestnuts, mushrooms, salt and pepper, Teriyaki mix. As it cooks, add a little water and some flour for thickening. Serve over rice or noodles.
