1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
Steak sauce to taste
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk, catsup or tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 biscuit recipe (like baking powder biscuits)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in frying pan. Add salt, pepper and steak sauce. Add catsup, milk or juice and cool. Roll out biscuit dough. Spread hamburger mixture on top. Roll up and cut slices. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until brown. Serve with mushroom sauce made by mixing mushroom soup with less milk than called for on can.
