4 to 5 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
2 T. butter
3 large eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can artichoke hearts
1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mince garlic and thinly slice onion. Saute in butter until soft and golden brown. Beat eggs and add cream, cheeses, salt and pepper, and garlic/onion mix. Drain and quarter artichokes. Add to egg mix and pour into pastry shell. Bake in 400º oven for 45 minutes.
