2 c. squash (grated)
1 tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup flour
beets
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well and add enough flour to drop the fritters in hot grease. Served with beets combined with vinegar, sugar and water.
