3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanillla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar, oil, vanilla, zucchini and dry ingredients. Bake @ 350º for 50-60 min. or until done.
