1/2 Chopped Onion
1/2 Chopped Bell Pepper
6 slices Chopped Crisp Bacon
2 cans Pork & Beans (32oz)
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. Instant Coffee
1/4 cup Molasses
1/8 tsp. Cayenne
Salt & Pepper

Fry chopped bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. Saute the onion and bell pepper in the bacon grease. Mix everything and place in a baking dish. Cover and bake in 275 F oven for a couple of hours
