4 cups peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup self rising flour
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Slice peaches into a casserole dish; add lemon juice. Mix sugar, flour and egg; crumble over peaches. Pour butter over top and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
