2 C. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. butter or margarine, softened
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. frozen blueberries, unthawed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in frozen blueberries. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. If desired, sprinkle tops of muffins with sugar. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
