2 large eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups fresh corn kernels (about 12 ears)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 6 ingredients until well blended; stir in corn. Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
