2 cups self-rise flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp nutmeg *
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice*
3 eggs
1 cup (Wesson) cooking oil
2 jars prunes or plums
(4 3/4 oz. jar baby food)
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 - 3/4 cup raisins

Beat by hand until well blended.
Cook 1 hour on 300 - 350 (depending on your stove.
* all spice and nutmeg are optional or use all spice, leave out nutmeg, unless you like spicy foods use both..

Glaze: Confectioner sugar and milk and mix.
Dribble over cake.
