4-6 pork chops
1 stick butter
1 onion, diced
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped orange bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Brown pork chops in butter; remove from pan and add onion and bell peppers. Saute until tender then add bouillon cubes and stir to dissolve. Add water, salt, pepper and rice; stir and pour into a large shallow baking dish. Top with pork chops and cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
