3 medium eggs 1 cup oil 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups grated zucchini with skin 2 cups flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. Coca-Cola 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. vanilla
Preheat the oven to 325. Cream eggs, oil and sugars; add zucchini. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and Cola. Add to zucchini mixture and mix well. Pour into greased bread pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
