2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Boil rapidly for 1 minute. Pour over peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl. Beat until thick. Pour into buttered dish.

For Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge add 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa to the sugar.
