6 hard cooked eggs
3 T. mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced sweet pickles
1 tsp. mustard
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice your eggs lengthwise and remove yolk.
2. In a bowl mash the yolks, set aside.
3. Add the mayonnaise, minced sweet pickles and mustard.
4. Mix these ingredients thoroughly.
5. Refill the eggs with this mixture and then sprinkle paprika on top as a garnish.

This recipe is not written down and I am approximating ingredient amounts. The best way to achieve the filling you want is to add to it until the texture and flavor you desire is achieved. I add a little juice from the sweet pickle jar as well.
