(1/2) Cup Toasted Slivered Almonds or Sunflower Seeds (I didn't toast the sunflower seeds)
(3) Ounce Pkg. Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles (Broken Up)

DRESSING:
(1/2) Cup Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
(3) Tbsp. Sugar
(1/8) Tsp. Pepper
(3) Tbsp. White Vinegar
(1/8) Tsp. Salt
Chicken Flavor Packet from Ramen Noodles.
