2 lbs bag of frozen hash browns
1 stick of butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded chedder cheese
16 ou. sour cream
1 minced onion
salt and pepper
2 cups sugar frosted flakes crushed and 1 more stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour potatoes into large baking dish. (9" X 13")
Drizzle 1 stick melted butter over potatoes.
Mix rest of ingredients together (except frosted flakes and last stick of butter)....pour ingredients over potatoes.
Top with frosted flakes and top this with last stick of melted butter.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Top will be slightly browned/bubbly.
