2 Salmon steaks
3 Tbl dark brown sugar
4 tsp prepared Dijon mustard
1 Tbl soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar (or white vinegar)

Mix together

Directions:
Directions:
Glaze Salmon and put glazed side down on grill....glaze other side and flip. Cook each side about 5 minutes...depending on thickness of steaks.

Can brush on glaze just before serving...
this can also be done in oven under broiler....just put on pan skin side down...glaze top and put under broiler for around 8-10 min....watch carefully.
