2 cups pecans
2 cups almonds
2 cups walnuts
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 Tbl good olive oil
2 Tbl finely chopped mixed fresh rosemary, safe, savory and thyme
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Mix all together except salt and pepper...spread on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally, until browned slightly
Season with salt and pepper and toss frequently until cooled.
NOTE: nuts can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
