Ingredients:  
3/4 c yellow corn meal
1 1/4 c flour
2-4 Tbl sugar...depending how sweet you like
1 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
2/3 c milk
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 c shortening

Directions:
Directions:
mix all wet ingredients
mix together all dry and combine with wet.

Put into small loaf pan or muffin tin....bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes
If you want it alittle spicy, add some chopped jalapenos...great with chili.
