1 puff pastry sheet, thawed Round of Brie cheese 1/2 cup apricot jam 1/3 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
Roll out puff pastry to oval shape. Place jam, almonds, cranberries on top of Brie and place face down on puff pastry. Wrap up and place seam down on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Decorate top of pastry with left over pieces.
Brush with egg wash of egg and 1 tsp. water, if desired.
