2 cups fresh or frozen squash
2 medium onions, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1bell pepper chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion, pepper and celery. Add beef and brown. Cook squash until tender, mash. Salt and pepper to taste. In buttered dish put in squash and top with beef mixture. Top with beaten egg, cheese and soup. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes.
