2 lb Chicken Breast cut into pieces 1/2 lb Bacon Small can of mushrooms Mozz Cheese Cooked Rice Sauce: 1/2 c White wine 1/2 c Heinz 57 Sauce 1 T Brown sugar 1 T Lmeon Juice 1/2 c Water
Cook Bacon & set aside. Cook mushrooms & Chicken in Bacon grease. Add all the ingredients for sauce to the pan, bring to a boil. add the bacon back into the pan. Stir then lower heat to low cover mixture with cheese. Cover pan with lid & simmer until cheese is melted. Serve over rice.
