1 c Flour
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c water
2 eggs
1/2 oz melted butter
1 T sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together in a food processor & process until smooth. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hr. When ready to make crepes, heat a frying pan to med, pour a small amount of batter into pan & tilt the pan to coat the bottom with a thin layer of batter. cook 1-3 mins on each side. It's time to flip when the batter starts to look dry.

Serve with anything, make desserts by filling them with cream cheese & jam, or savory with scrambled eggs & veggies inside. Be creative!
