1-2 lb Chicken
Potatoes (as much as you want) quartered with or without skin
4 large cloves of garlic
1 can of Chicken Broth
Juice of 1 Lemon
Greek Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken & potatoes in a roasting pan. Cover with chicken broth, add garlic, lemon juice & greek seasoning (to your taste). Bake until chicken is cooked through approx. 1hr 15min, basting a few times with the juice. Enjoy
