1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
2 4 oz cans diced green chilies
4 eggs, separated
3/4 C milk
1 T flour
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
3 tomatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chilies with cheese. Beat egg yolks and add milk. Stir in flour and seasonings. Beat egg whites and fold into cheese mixture.

Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake 25 minutes in 325º oven. Top with sliced tomatoes and return to oven for about 15 minutes.
