1 large can of Red Salmon, drained
1 egg, beaten
2 T. milk
1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1 T. parsley flakes
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the salmon from the can and remove any bones or skin in the red meat. Do not substitute pink salmon in this recipe.

Flake the salmon into the bowl containing the beaten egg. Add the milk, bread crumbs, parsley and pepper.

Using your hands work the mixture together and form patties. If the mixture is too dry or wet, adjust the ingredients by adding more bread crumbs or milk.

Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet and cook the patties until they are golden brown and cooked through.
