4 tbsp. finely diced prosciutto
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. crushed chili pepper
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
12 medium mushroom caps

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl combine the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper and olive oil. Stir to mix. Brush the mushroom caps to remove any dirt. Fill the caps with the ham mixture. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

Prosciutto is a cured ham from Italy called Parma Ham and you can recognize it by how thinly it is sliced. Most large grocery store chains have it in stock.
