1/2 c bread crumbs
1/4 c plus 2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbs parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c milk
1/4 c butter melted
1 clove garlic minced
3 tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 5 ingredients. Dip each breast in milk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on lightly greased baking pan. Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice, drizzle 1/2 of mix over chicken, halfway through baking time turn chicken and drizzle rest of mix over it.
Bake 350 50 to 60 mins.
