1 lb. Elk Steaks
1/2 medium onion
1 can mushroom soup
Seasoning salt
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly fry elk steaks in oil for 1 minute on each side. Place steaks in crock pot. Add the onion and mushroom soup. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper and seasoning salt. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
