2 sticks very soft butter, almost melted
1 cup sour cream
2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sharp chesse, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients in order, hand stirring after each one, in a big bowl. Spoon into muffin cups, 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 15 to 20 minutes or until the tops are brown.
