1 head garlic
1 tsp olive oil
2/3 c water
1 c pineapple juice
1/4 c teriyaki sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 1/3 c dark brown sugar
3 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp minced white onions
1 tsp Jack Daniel's whiskey
1 tsp crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Roast Garlic in oven (cut off top, pour olive oil on top, wrap in foil and bake 350 about 1 hour)
combine water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar, stir over medium heat until boils, reduce to simmer. add remaining ingredients to pan, stir and reduce by 1/4
baste over meat or use as dipping sauce
