1 pkg. "Roger's 9 Grain Cereal"
2 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Store in a sealed container. I use a tall tin.
Individual serving: Place 1/2 cup of mix and 1 cup of water in a big porridge bowl in the microwave for 2 min. Serve hot or cold. Try adding, yogurt, nuts, fruit etc. after cooking.

This is a healthy instant breakfast without additives. I eat it daily in one form or another. Traditionally hot with milk and brown sugar. Cold with yogurt and nuts. In a smoothie with fruit, yogurt, juice, ground flax, etc. Your imagination is the limit.
