Marinade:
1/2 cups olive oil
1/4 cup red wine
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Serves: 8

Marinate tenderloin for 1 1/2 hours. Grill until center core is 135. (Baste with marinade while grilling). Serve hot or room temperature.
